Final finish on beautiful red oak floors in this 1940's built home in the Marietta Square area.
The original red oak floors in this '40's home were stained dark and cupped from years of excessive moisture in the crawl space below.
After several weeks of drying out the crawlspace, the floors were sanded down to raw flat wood.
Beautiful natural red oak floors after sanding and prior to finishing.
Three coats of polyurethane make these floors look amazing.
Almost hard to bellieve these are the original hardwoods from the 1940's.
